Research Interests

I am interested in the long term life history patterns of marine fishes, and how they may have changed over time in response to changes in fishing mortality and any environmental factors. Most of my work has focused on the reef fishes off the Atlantic coast of the southeastern United States. I am also interested in the distribution of pan-oceanic deep water species such as wreckfish, barrelfish, and highly migratory pelagics.
