Admitted Students Q&A-2023

We are excited to welcome you to the Biology Department of East Carolina University. We understand that you may have lots of questions as you prepare for the next steps of your educational career. Therefore, we have arranged select days and times for web conferencing with our current students, the Biology Promoters, to share their experience and help answer your questions.

How to join:
  • Consider one of the two topics offered below and pick the session you are most interested in.
  • Please click on one of the links below and sign up for a web conference.
  • Be sure to add this meeting time to your calendar.
  • After you register for a web conference, start compiling a list of questions you have related to the topic.
  • You will access the web conference on the scheduled day and time from the link that will be emailed to you.

Note: the Promoters cannot discuss advising-related questions with you such as “what classes should I register for in the Fall” or “how would my transfer credit count”. Your academic advisor will be in contact with you via your ECU student email address to answer those questions.
