Research & Assistantships

Graduate assistantships in forms of teaching and research assistantships, out-of-state tuition remissions, and scholarship opportunities are available to qualified applicants and current students.

The teaching assistantship (TA) will be awarded on  a competitive basis. Research assistantship (RA) may be provide by faculty PIs. For students from out-of-state, a number of out-of-state tuition remissions are available for competitive applicants. . Domestic out-of-state students admitted to the program are guaranteed one year and international students for two years of out-of-state tuition remissions, which allows them to pay tuition at the in-state rate and to qualify for in-state tuition in subsequent years.
